Take the A14 East bound
Leave the East bound carriage way of the A14 at junction 20
At the roundabout take the 2nd exit (Signposted Ellington Unclassified)
At the T junction
Turn right Unclassified
Take the first left into the High Street
Take the second right into Grafham Road
Pass the village green on you left
Pass Green Lane on your left
Pass Parsons Drive on your left
Take the next left into Spinney Field
Aspen House is straight ahead of you with a dark green front door

From the East
Take the A14 West bound
At the Brampton Hut roundabout (where the A14 and the A1 meet) take the 3rd exit onto the A14 (Signposted The Midlands, Kettering)
Leave the A14 at junction 20 signed to Ellington and Grafham (The first major junction)
Continue on the slip road for about ¾ of a mile
Then turn left into High Street (Signposted Ellington and Grafham)
Pass the church on your left
Pass the Mermaid pub on your left
Take the next left into Grafham Road
Pass the village green on you left
Pass Green Lane on your left
Pass Parsons Drive on your left
Take the next left into Spinney Field

From the South
Take the A1 North bound
Cross the Buckden roundabout (Shell garage on your right)
Leave the A1 at junction 21 (The Brampton Hut roundabout (where the A14 and the A1 meet)
At roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A14 (Signposted The Midlands, Kettering)
Leave the A14 at junction 20 signed to Ellington and Grafham (The first major junction)

Pass Peterborough Service Area (EXTRA MSA)

Leave the A1 at junction 21 (The Brampton Hut roundabout (Where the A14 and the A1 meet)
At roundabout take the 4th exit onto the A14 going Eastbound (Signposted The Midlands, Kettering)
Leave the A14 at junction 20 signed to Ellington and Grafham (The first major junction)
Continue on the slip road for about ¾ of a mile
Then turn left into High Street (Signposted Ellington and Grafham)
Pass the church on your left
Pass the Mermaid pub on your left
Take the next left into Grafham Road
Pass the village green on you left
